Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of modified asphalt mixtures, in particular to an SBS latex modified asphalt mixture and a warm-mixing direct-feeding preparation process thereof, and the mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 93-96% of primary aggregate, 3-7% of matrix asphalt, 0.3-1.2% of SBS latex and 0.03-0.12% of cross-linking agent. The cross-linking agent is formed by mixing elemental sulfur, a super vulcanization accelerator and organic peroxide. The method comprises the following process steps: firstly, heating aggregate to a certain temperature, putting the aggregate into a stirring cylinder, then spraying a mixed solution of SBS latex and a cross-linking agent into the stirring cylinder under the action of special conveying equipment while adding matrix asphalt, and discharging the product after fully stirring. The SBS latex is directly fed into a mixing cylinder, so that a common matrix asphalt mixture or a warm-mixed (hot-mixed) recycled asphalt mixture is prepared into the SBS modified asphalt mixture; the problems of aging, high pollution, gel, insufficient crosslinking, storage segregation, high-temperature heat preservation and the like of modified asphalt are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of modified asphalt, in particular to a SBS latex modified asphalt mixture and a warm-mix direct-injection preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] The information disclosed in this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the present invention, and is not necessarily taken as an acknowledgment or any form of suggestion that the information constitutes the prior art already known to those skilled in the art. [0003] Most of the pollution of organic nitrogen oxides and asphalt fume on highway asphalt pavement is in the pre-construction field, that is, the pavement paving construction site. Pollutants such as dust and asphalt fumes in the backyard (mixing plant producing hot asphalt mixture factory) have corresponding disposal devices, but the front yard has not been able to dispose of them so far, and can only be allowed to float into th...
