Abstract

The kit comprises a main shell having a plurality of accommodating bins and at least one plunger cavity with an opening at one end, wherein the main shell is also provided with a liquid injection hole and an exhaust hole respectively connected with the plunger cavity; a plunger assembly detachably inserted into the plunger cavity; and a reaction bin detachably installed on the main shell and provided with a detection cavity, a liquid injection channel and an exhaust channel that communicate with the detection cavity. When the reaction bin is in fit connection with the main shell, the liquid injection channel optionally communicates with the liquid injection hole, and the exhaust channel is optionally communicates with the exhaust hole. When the plunger assembly is inserted into the plunger cavity, the plunger assembly and the plunger cavity jointly form positive pressure enabling liquid in the plunger cavity to flow into the liquid injection channel through the liquid injection hole.
