Problems solved by technology

These methods are highly sensitive and reproducible, but require cumbersome sample preparation, and relatively expensive reagents and disposable columns (such as immunoaffinity columns and multi-purpose columns, etc.), which make them unusable for aflatoxin-contaminated Quick screening of agricultural products
At the same time, these methods belong to the destructive detection

Embodiment

[0039] The invention is applicable to the detection of potential aflatoxin-producing fungi contamination of peanuts, wheat, rice and other crops, and is mainly applicable to the joint detection of GC-IMS and fluorescence spectrum, and processes the data. The following examples facilitate a better understanding of the present invention, but do not limit the present invention.

[0040] A method for quickly detecting peanuts contaminated by potential aflatoxin-producing fungi based on GC-IMS and fluorescence spectroscopy, the steps of which are as follows:

[0041] (1) Peanut sample processing: put the commercially available peanut seeds at 110 mW s / cm 2 After sterilizing under the ultraviolet lamp for 1-2h, select 5 batches of peanut samples and inoculate 0.2mL concentration of 10 6 CFU / mL of Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasitica, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus niger spore suspension, 9 parallel experimental samples were taken from different inocula...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting fungal pollution producing aflatoxin by combining GC-IMS and fluorescence spectrum, which comprises the following steps: performing sample treatment, GC-IMS detection, fluorescence spectrum detection, GC-IMS spectrogram characteristic region selection, fluorescence spectrum characteristic region selection, data characteristic extraction and fusion of GC-IMS and fluorescence spectrum detection, principal component analysis on the extracted feature data, then extractiion of principal components of first ten dimensions of PCA of the two data sources as novel feature vectors, and direct combination of the novel feature vectors together to form fusion data; and performing orthogonal partial least squares discrimination on the fused data, inputting the data after feature fusion into an orthogonal partial least squares discrimination model, taking a test set sample data feature value of a fused signal as input, and obtaining a final classification model through an orthogonal partial least squares discrimination algorithm, so that the method is applied to detection of an unknown sample. The method is simple and easy to operate, operation cost is reduced, and the method has good classification performance and high popularization and utilization value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of rapid analysis and detection, and relates to a method for detecting aflatoxin-producing fungal pollution by combining GC-IMS and fluorescence spectrum. Background technique [0002] Aflatoxin is mainly a secondary metabolite produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, which is a toxic compound. Aflatoxin contamination can occur in a wide variety of agricultural products such as grains, nuts and oil products. Aflatoxin contamination in agricultural products will cause serious health problems for humans and animals and have huge economic impact. Aflatoxins mainly attack the human liver and have serious carcinogenic, mutagenic and immunosuppressive effects. Generally speaking, agricultural products (such as grains, etc.) can still be used to feed poultry if they are only contaminated with non-toxigenic bacteria, or not contaminated with toxigenic bacteria or aflatoxins. Timely determination of the c...
