Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, peeling Trigonella foenum-graecum and Gleditsia heterophylla, then adding water for conditioning, mixing and crushing; then feeding into a sand mill for sanding; adding water, uniformly mixing to prepare an aqueous solution, then adding mannase and galactosidase, and hydrolyzing to prepare an enzymatic hydrolysate; and finally, inactivating the enzymatic hydrolysate, cooling to room temperature, filtering, decolorizing, concentrating to obtain syrup, and performing vacuum drying to obtain the galactomannan.
