Abstract

The invention discloses a limiter probe system suitable for a magnetic confinement device. The limiter probe system comprises a heat sink substrate, a graphite tile and a probe assembly. The heat sink substrate is formed by processing chromium zirconium copper, and two water cooling pipelines are arranged in the heat sink substrate. The graphite tile is made of high-density graphite and has high thermal conductivity. The probe assembly is composed of a graphite probe head, a ceramic shell, a copper connecting bolt, a fixing nut, a copper binding post, a spring washer, a locking nut and a wire, and is installed in probe holes in the graphite tile and the heat sink substrate. All parts of the probe assembly are connected in a threaded or crimping plier crimping manner so that the probe assembly has the advantages of firmness and stability mechanically and can work in a high-temperature environment. The probe adopts a ceramic shell as a base body, and internal parts are not in contact with the heat sink substrate so that the insulating property of the probe system is ensured. The device adopts a modular structure, can be integrally disassembled and assembled, and is easy to maintain.
