Embodiment 1

[0024] The preparation method of the N-acetylglucosamine compound shown in formula (I):

[0025] (1) Take the marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor (Aspergillus versicolor) M-7-SW9 (size 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm) grown in the plate medium and inoculate it in 250 mL PDB liquid medium, use a shaker (200 rev / min) for 7 days of fermentation, the resulting bacterial liquid was inserted into 300L PDB liquid medium, and fermented in a 500L fermenter for 7 days. The fermentation product was extracted by soaking in ethanol, and extracted repeatedly with ethyl acetate, and the combined extracts were concentrated. Obtain fermented crude extract;

[0026] The formula of the PDB liquid medium is: 200 grams of potato flour, 20 grams of glucose, 5 grams of peptone, 3 grams of yeast extract powder and 35 grams of sea salt per liter of water.

[0027] (2) Subject the crude extract to silica gel column chromatography under reduced pressure, and use petroleum ether-ethyl acetate with a gradient of 50:1 t...

Abstract

The invention relates to an N-acetylglucosamine compound, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bacteriostatic agents and microbial medicines. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: fermenting and culturing marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor M-7-SW9 in a PDB fungus culture medium to obtain a fermentation product; and extracting and separating the fermentation product to obtain a new N-acetylglucosamine compound. According to the N-acetylglucosamine compound, and the preparation method and the application thereof disclosed by the invention, a bacteriostatic activity experiment shows that the minimum inhibitory concentration of the compound for aquatic disease bacteria, namely edwardsiella tarda and vibrio harveyi is 1.0 microgram/milliliter; and meanwhile, the compound also has bacteriostatic activity for the aquatic disease bacteria, namely, micrococcus luteus and vibrio parahaemolyticus, and can be used for preparing drugs for resisting the aquatic disease bacteria.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a novel compound and its preparation method and application, in particular to an N-acetylglucosamine compound extracted and separated from the fermentation product of the marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor (Aspergillus versicolor) M-7-SW9 and Its preparation method and application belong to the technical field of antibacterial agents and microbial medicine. Background technique [0002] With the expansion of aquaculture scale and the extensive use of antibiotics in the aquaculture process, the phenomenon of multi-drug resistance of aquaculture animal disease bacteria is becoming more and more common, and the extensive use of chemically synthesized drugs has brought serious pollution to water bodies and soils, and is harmful to humans. Therefore, the development of natural medicines derived from marine organisms will provide new ideas for solving the problem of bacterial disease prevention and control in the current aq...
