Abstract

The artemisia apiacea essential oil is prepared by the following method of: collecting fresh artemisia apiacea tender seedlings, taking leaves, drying, cutting into fragments, soaking, and then starting distillation, wherein the material-liquid ratio is 1: (0.5-2), and the distillation time is 60-90min. The white tea essential oil is prepared by the following method: collecting fresh white tea tender shoots, withering in a backlight room under the conditions of the temperature of 30-35 DEG C and the humidity of 50%-60% until the weight loss rate is 40%-60%, drying, and carrying out supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. A composite rat auricle acne model is prepared by externally coating coal tar and combining propionibacterium acnes injection, and the model proves that the prepared artemisia apiacea essential oil, white tea essential oil and the composition thereof can obviously improve typical acne symptoms such as comedo, papule, pustule and edema, and significantly reduce the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1 alpha in animal serum, which indicates that the artemisia apiacea essential oil, white tea essential oil and the composition thereof have significant curative effects on acne.
