Abstract

The invention provides an experimental system for detecting COD of a water body based on an ozone chemiluminescence method, which belongs to the field of sewage treatment. The system comprises a micro-fluidic chip, an ozone preparation unit, a liquid sample introduction unit and a data acquisition unit. The ozone preparation unit comprises an ozone generator, an oxygen bottle, a primary pressure reducing valve, a precise air pressure regulator and a precise digital pressure gauge; the liquid sample introduction unit comprises a micro-injection pump and a standard injector; and the data acquisition unit comprises a photomultiplier, a data acquisition card and a computer. Ozone generated by the ozone preparation unit and a glucose solution in the liquid sample introduction unit enter the micro-fluidic chip through a pipeline and are subjected to chemiluminescence reaction in the micro-fluidic chip, and weak light generated in the reaction process is acquired by a photomultiplier in the data acquisition unit, converted by a data acquisition card and processed in a computer. The microchannel is adopted to solve the defect of large reagent consumption in the traditional detection means, and photomultiplication can detect the luminescence phenomenon in the reaction process in real time.
