Embodiment 1

[0040] This embodiment discloses a preparation process of an antibacterial fabric, which specifically includes the following steps:

[0041] S10, preparation of graphene oxide supported silver composite material:

[0042] S11, adding graphene oxide into deionized water to prepare a graphene oxide aqueous solution with a concentration of 5 g / L.

[0043] S12. Add dropwise 25 wt% sodium hydroxide solution to the graphene oxide aqueous solution obtained in S11, and adjust the pH of the graphene oxide aqueous solution to 9.

[0044] S13. Take 20 L of the graphene oxide aqueous solution obtained in S12, add 1.5 g of epichlorohydrin therein, and then stir and react at a temperature of 50° C. for 3 h.

[0045] S14. Slowly add 588.2 g of silver nitrate solution with a concentration of 8.5 wt% to the graphite oxide aqueous solution obtained in S13, stir while adding, and control the addition time for 6 minutes; then slowly add 100 g of ammonia water with a concentration of 25 wt% to th...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of antibacterial fabrics, in particular to a preparation process of an antibacterial fabric, a fabric with antibacterial performance and a graphene oxide loaded silver composite material. The preparation process of the antibacterial fabric comprises the steps of preparation of the graphene oxide loaded silver composite material, preparation of the antibacterial fibers, preparation of the antibacterial fabric and the like. The fabric with the antibacterial performance is prepared by adopting the preparation process of the antibacterial fabric. The graphene oxide loaded silver composite material is prepared by the following steps: taking an alkaline aqueous solution of graphene oxide, and adding epoxy chloropropane into the alkaline aqueous solution; after the reaction, sequentially adding a silver ion-containing solution and ammonia water, and reacting; and separating out solid substances and drying. The silver and the textile fibers are firmly connected together through the connection mediation effect of the graphene oxide and ammonia, so that the fibers and the fabric formed by the fibers are endowed with good antibacterial property, the antibacterial property of the fibers and the fabric has good washing resistance, and the antibacterial property is more lasting.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of antibacterial fabrics, more specifically, it relates to a preparation process of antibacterial fabrics, fabrics with antibacterial properties and graphene oxide-loaded silver composite materials. Background technique [0002] Textile fabrics composed of fibers are conducive to the attachment, survival and reproduction of microorganisms because they have more voids; especially fabrics composed of natural fibers, their protein composition can provide nutrients for the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria. With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to health, so the antibacterial properties of textiles have also received more and more attention. [0003] At present, silver is used as an antibacterial agent to improve the antibacterial properties of fabrics in related technologies; silver has an adsorption effect on bacteria and other micr...
