Abstract

The invention is suitable for the technical field of solar cells, and provides a perovskite solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The perovskite solar cell comprises a cell substrate and a water absorption layer, the cell substrate comprises a glass substrate, a conductive layer, a first contact layer, a perovskite light absorption layer, a second contact layer and an electrode which are stacked in sequence, and the water absorption layer is arranged on the outer surface of the cell substrate. Therefore, because the outer surface of the cell substrate is provided with the water absorption layer, water molecules in the air can be absorbed by the water absorption layer when contacting with the water absorption layer, thereby reducing the damage of water vapor to the perovskite solar cell, and facilitating the improvement of the humidity stability of the perovskite solar cell.
