Embodiment 1

[0033] A preparation method of a composite wave absorbing film material, comprising the following steps:

[0034] In step 1, 1.9 g of copper nitrate trihydrate and 1.7 g of trimesic acid were added to 100 mL of deionized water and 100 mL of ethanol, respectively, stirred for 15 min until dissolved, and mixed to obtain solution A;

[0035] Step 2, adding 10 mL of graphite oxide hydrosol with a concentration of 10 mg / mL into 200 mL of ethanol, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30 min to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution;

[0036] Step 3, adding the graphene oxide solution of step 2 to solution A in step 1 and stirring for 18 h to obtain solution B;

[0037] Step 4, place the PTFE suction filtration membrane with a pore size of 450 nm on the sand core of the suction filtration bottle, set up the suction filtration device, pour 20 mL of B liquid into the suction filtration device, and perform suction filtration for about 10 min. Remove the suction filtration me...

Embodiment 2

[0043] The preparation method of the composite wave absorbing film material in this embodiment is as follows: the HKUST-1 / graphene oxide composite film after drying in step 5 in Example 1 is heat-treated at 500° C. for 3 h in a nitrogen atmosphere. The reflection loss of the obtained absorbing film in the range of 2-18 GHz is as follows: Figure 5 shown.

Embodiment 3

[0045] The preparation method of the composite wave absorbing film material in this embodiment is as follows: the HKUST-1 / graphene oxide composite film after drying in step 5 in Example 1 is heat-treated at 600° C. for 3 h in a nitrogen atmosphere. The reflection loss of the obtained absorbing film in the range of 2-18 GHz is as follows: Image 6 shown.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite wave-absorbing film material and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that cupric nitrate trihydrate and trimesic acid are added into deionized water and ethyl alcohol which are equal in volume respectively, stirred and dissolved respectively and then mixed, and a solution A is obtained; adding the graphite oxide hydrosol into ethanol, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide solution; adding the solution A and stirring to obtain a solution B; and carrying out suction filtration on the solution B, drying, naturally dropping attachments on a filter membrane to obtain the HKUST-1/graphene oxide composite film, and finally carrying out high-temperature treatment at 300-900 DEG C for 2-4 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere. According to the method, the light flexible HKUST-1/graphene oxide composite film can be simply prepared in the air without heating and an external electric field, so that the method is more energy-saving and efficient, and industrial mass production is facilitated. The composite wave-absorbing film derived from the composite film after high-temperature treatment has good comprehensive wave-absorbing performance, and the maximum electromagnetic wave absorption rate can reach 94.4%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials, and particularly relates to a composite wave absorbing film material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, metal-organic frameworks have important applications in many fields such as gas adsorption, storage and separation, catalysis, and sensing, and have become a hot topic in the current research field. As a member of metal-organic framework composites, HKUST- 1 The application prospects of materials are becoming more and more extensive, and a lot of research has been done. [0003] Chinese invention patent CN 113680320 A discloses a carbonization method for HKUST-1 derived carbon material, which can be used to adsorb organic dyes, but the material is powder material, which limits its application. Chinese invention patent CN 108479434 B discloses a preparation method and application of a Li-doped HKUST-1 membrane materi...
