Abstract

According to the competitive quantitative equation obtained by the method, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.992, the linear range is 0.01 mu g / mL-0. 5 mu g / mL, the detection limit is 0.1 pg / ml, and a specificity result shows that the cross reaction rate of interferents is lower than 10%. And the recovery rate of low-concentration, medium-concentration and high-concentration labeled samples is 96-117%.
