Abstract

The improved PVC above-ground pipe comprises the following raw materials: polykoroseal 150, lead stearate stabilizer 2.3-2.5, phosphate lead 0.9-1.2,chlorinated polyethylene 4.5-5.0,copolyester copolymer 0.6-0.8,ultraviolet absorbent 0.1-0.25,and light calcium carbonate 5.0-8.0. The invention is designed specially for farmland surface irrigation, adding ultraviolet absorbent, dibasic lead phosphate and rutile type powder, which can delay the material degradation and increase life time. It also adds trapezoidal dabber in the entine of the pipe, which can enhance the resistance to deformation and decrease the bending of the pipe.
