A shutter assembly is provided for an electrical system including at least one electrical switching apparatus, such as a circuit breaker, and a plurality of electrical bus members, and a plurality of electrical cable members, and a ground member with a plurality of contacts. Each of the conductors of the circuit breaker is removably coupled to a corresponding primary contact to electrically connect the circuit breaker to the electrical bus members and to electrically connect the circuit breaker to the electrical cable members and to electrically connect the circuit breaker to the ground members. The shutter assembly includes a flexible insulating member movably disposed between the conductors and the primary contacts. The flexible insulating member moves between a first position in which it provides access for the conductors to be coupled to the primary contacts, and a second position in which the flexible insulating member isolates and electrically insulates the bus member conductors from the primary contacts and the cable member conductors (“disconnected”) or isolates and electrically insulates the cable member conductors from the primary contacts and the ground member (“withdrawn”). An electrical switching apparatus and an electrical system employing the shutter assembly are also disclosed.

Terminal box

The invention discloses a terminal box which comprises a box body and a temperature and humidity control device, wherein the box body is in an enclosed structure; the temperature and humidity control device comprises a controller, an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. The temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are respectively used for collecting temperature and humidity signals in the box body and transmitting the temperature and humidity signals to the controller. The controller is used for respectively comparing the temperature and the humidity in the box body with set operating temperature and set operating humidity. Moreover, when the temperature in the box body is higher than the maximum operating temperature or is lower than the minimum operating temperature, the controller switches on the air conditioner. When the humidity in the box body is higher than the maximum operating humidity, the controller switches on the dehumidifier. According to the invention, the temperature and the humidity in the box body are adjusted by using the air conditioner and the dehumidifier respectively and the operating requirements on precision electrical elements in the box body are better met by controlling the operation of the air conditioner and the dehumidifier through the controller.

Through the adoption of a handcart type vacuum breaker in a side mounting manner, the width is small, the cost is reduced, the requirement that power distribution equipment is miniaturized is met, and the operation is safer and more reliable through an operation interlocking function.

The shielding contact box uses the nonmagnetic metal shielding layer to replace a net ring and especially embeds the nonmagnetic metal shielding layer into the bottom wall of the inner cavity of the box body so that the nonmagnetic metal shielding layer directly forms the integral piece with the static contact installing insert and the bus fixing insert, thereby not only uniformizing an electric field, reducing the partial insulator discharge, but also facilitating the elimination of corona by changing electric charge distribution direction and expanding phase spacing, so that the insulator can move in a better environment, thereby ensuring the safe operation of electric power.

The circuit breaker assembly has a plurality of finger connectors extending generally horizontally from the back side of the circuit breaker assembly. The shuttered bus assembly has at least one pair of conductors which extend toward the front of said housing assembly. The finger connectors are structured to engage the conductors. The shutter assembly includes a mounting assembly and a door panel. The mounting assembly is structured to be coupled to the housing assembly. The door panel has at least one opening and at least one door member, the door panel extends across the housing assembly and is disposed between the plurality of conductors and the circuit breaker assembly when the circuit breaker assembly is out of the housing assembly, the door panel is further coupled to the mounting assembly. The at least one door member is disposed in the at least one opening and is coupled to the door panel by a hinge. The door member is structured to move between a first closed position and a second open position. The door member is structured to be moved to the second position by the finger connectors as the circuit breaker assembly is moved into the housing assembly.
