signal injection and the position fine adjustment are dynamically regulated and controlled in three stages of pre-contact, low-current transition and full connection; and a
machine learning model is combined to optimize a parameter threshold value, a redundancy safety mechanism and a multi-phase electric meter cooperative control strategy, so that double management and control of arc peak energy and metering errors are realized. The method can actively inhibit arc generation, avoid connector
ablation and insulation deterioration, guarantee metering continuity and accuracy, adapt to complex
