The invention discloses an online measurement method for welding line characteristic point positions. The method comprises the following steps: a welding gun is positioned in an initial welding position; image information of welding line contours is initialized to obtain welding line initial positions; welding line images are acquired; welding line positions at present are predicted; the modelingof the welding line images in a time sequence direction is finished; characteristics of the welding line images are extracted; the tracking positioning of the welding line characteristics points is finally realized; and a motion trajectory of the welding gun is calculated. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a welding line trajectory automatic measurement system; and the system comprises an embedded development board, a laser visual sensor, a welding robot, a robot controller, mated welding equipment and a workpiece clamping worktable. The method can deal with the noise disturbance under non-structural welding environment, improves the robustness and the stability of a welding line tracking system, realizes automatic identification of welding line characteristic points, and greatly improvesthe automation degree and the production efficiency.

The invention provides a combined type arc-free alternating-current (AC) contactor with the function of thyristor fault diagnosis. The combined type arc-free AC contactor comprises an AC contactor body, parallel shunt branch circuits and a detection control device, wherein the parallel shunt branch circuits are respectively connected to the two ends of each three-phase main contact of the AC contactor body in parallel; the parallel shunt branch circuit of each phase comprises a current detection unit, a bidirectional thyristor, a thyristor self-check relay, a thyristor self-check resistor and an electromagnetic relay; the detection control device comprises a three-phase voltage detection unit, an A-phase voltage zero-crossing detection unit, a three-phase current detection unit, an A-phase current zero-crossing detection unit, a solenoid excitation unit, a thyristor drive unit, an electromagnetic relay drive unit, a current detection unit, a resistance-capacitance buck power supply and a microcontroller. The combined type arc-free AC contactor is used for frequently connecting or disconnecting an AC main circuit, and the generation of electric arcs during each action of the contactor is inhibited through the instant current shunting of power electronic devices, so that the erosion to the main contacts of the contactor caused by the electric arcs is reduced greatly.

In an in-liquid plasma film-forming apparatus having: a vessel 1 being capable of accommodating a substrate “S” and a liquid “L” including raw material therein; an electrode 2 for in-liquid plasma, electrode 2 which is disposed in the vessel 1; an electric power device 3 for supplying electricity to the electrode 2 for in-liquid plasma; the electrode 2 for in-liquid plasma is equipped with: a main electrode 21 having a discharging end 22; an auxiliary electrode 26 not only facing the discharging end 22 but also being disposed between the discharging end 22 and the substrate “S” that face each other; and a plasma generating unit 29 having a space that is demarcated by a surface 22a of the discharging end 22 and a surface 26a of the auxiliary electrode 26 facing the surface 22a, and being for generating plasma by means of electricity being supplied to the main electrode 21. And, a decomposed component of the raw material is deposited onto a surface of the substrate “S” by contacting the plasma, which has generated at the plasma generating unit 29, with the substrate “S.”
By means of the present construction, it becomes feasible to generate plasma in liquid without ever using a second electrode that serves as a substrate.
