The method comprises the following steps of: (1) outputting a control signal by using a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control system, and extracting and shaping the control signal by using a mid-value smooth filtering system, calculating the maximum deviation amplitude value and comparing the maximum deviation amplitude value with a set value to judge whether a requirement is met; (2) if the requirement is met, entering a low-speed dehydration step, otherwise, performing eccentricity correction; (3) after the low-speed dehydration step, judging whether the actual eccentric magnitude accords with a preset value for improving the dehydration rotation speed; and (4) if the actual eccentric magnitude accords with the preset value for improving the dehydration rotation speed, gradually improving the dehydration rotation speed according to levels until the preset highest rotation speed is reached. By the device and the method, effectiveness and accuracy of measuring and calculating the eccentric magnitude are obviously improved.

According to the method provided by the invention, the double-monochlorotriazine reactive dye and the disperse dye can be jointly batched with each other, and the dyeing can be carried out on a terylene/cotton blended fabric by a high temperature-batch method. Therefore, the producing flow path for dyeing the terylene-cotton fabric can be obviously shortened, the production efficiency can be improved, the energy consumption can be greatly reduced, the sewage discharge can be reduced, and the method is suitable for the low-carbon, environment-friendly, high-efficiency and ecological dyeing and finishing direction.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out reaction on cyanuric chloride and 3,5-diamido-2,4,6-trimethylbenzenesulfoamino substituted anthraquinone derivatives to obtain a primary polycondensation solution; adding 2,4-diamidobenzenesulfonic acid (sodium 2,4-diamidobenzenesulfonate) or 3,5-diamidobenzoic acid (sodium 3,5-diamidobenzoate), and reacting to obtain a secondary polycondensation substance; carrying out diazotization on the para-position ester or meta-position ester to obtain diazonium salts; adding hydracid, and reacting to obtain an acidic coupling product; carrying out diazotization on the secondary polycondensation substance to obtain secondary polycondensation substance diazonium salts; and adding the secondary polycondensation substance diazonium salts into the acidic coupling product, and reacting to obtain the hydracid bisazo double-active-group reactive brilliant blue dyes. The dyes have the advantages of bright color, high fixation rate, favorable fastness, short dyeing equilibrium time and high substantivity, and can be used for dyeing and dye printing of cellulose fibers and protein fibers.

The reactive red dye has the characteristics of bright color, high solubility high substantivity, high compatibility, high lifting power, high fixation rate, excellent diversified fastness and the like. The reactive red dye is suitable for dyeing, printing and pad dyeing of cellulosic fibers, protein fibers, viscose and polyarmide fibers, and higher than common types in rubbing fastness and washing fastness by 0.5 to 1 level.
