mathematical model of
topology optimization based on
variable density method is established,
design domain is dispersed into finite element and is endowed with continuous design variable, the function relationship of flow resistance,
thermal conductivity and design variable is established by fluid domain interpolation and
solid domain interpolation, and
optimization problem is constituted with maximum heat exchange as target and
solid material volume as constraint;An automatic optimization platform based on COMSOL-
MATLAB is constructed, parameterized modeling,
physical field solution,
sensitivity analysis are realized by COMSOL Livelink for
MATLAB interface, IPOPT optimization
algorithm is integrated to automatically update design variable until convergence;
Thresholding processing is carried out on the converged pseudo-
density field, and the manufacturable microchannel geometry model is extracted from the fluid-
solid interface.The application realizes the full-process
automation design of microchannel radiator, can adaptively generate the optimal topological structure according to the heat source distribution, greatly improves the heat dissipation performance, and effectively solves the non-uniform heat dissipation problem of
high heat flux
chip.
