Problems solved by technology

These methods have complex equipment, many steps, long preparation period, high preparation temperature, difficult control of chemical components, and the prepared material has coarse particles and poor uniformity, which affects the superconducting properties of the material.
Especially the BKBO superconducting material prepared by the above method is very unstable

Embodiment 1

[0017] Weighing by mass, 1.85 parts of barium hydroxide (Ba(OH) 2 ·8H 2 O), 1.11 parts of sodium bismuthate (NaBiO 3 2H 2 O), 0.68 parts bismuth trioxide (Bi 2 o 3 ), ground into powder, and uniformly mixed as a mixed raw material; ground and mixed evenly in an agate mortar as a mixed raw material. In addition, 20 parts of potassium hydroxide (KOH) was selected as molten salt, placed in a Teflon beaker as a reactor, and placed in a box-type electric furnace. The furnace temperature was pre-raised to 260°C, and after 0.5 hour, potassium hydroxide KOH was melted. Then pour the mixed raw materials directly into the melted KOH, stir, and keep warm for 18 hours. Take out the Teflon beaker and pour off the remaining KOH, and cool to room temperature. Rinse four times with distilled water, then rinse twice with alcohol, and then dry at 75°C for 24 hours to obtain a black barium potassium bismuth bismuth oxide superconducting powder material. The following experiments and test...

Embodiment 2

[0020] This embodiment is basically the same as Embodiment 1, the difference is only:

[0021] Weigh Ba(OH) 2 ·8H 2 O, NaBiO 3 2H 2 O. Bi 2 o 3 The masses are respectively: 1.85 parts, 1.42 parts, 0.45 parts; 20 parts of molten salt KOH. Put it in a Teflon beaker and put it in an electric furnace to raise it to 240°C, melt potassium hydroxide KOH, and keep it warm for 1 hour, then pour the raw material directly into the melted KOH, keep it warm for 20 hours, after cooling to room temperature, and then Rinse and dry. Experiments have proved that the chemical formula of the prepared barium potassium bismuth oxybismuth salt superconducting powder material is Ba 0.408 K 0.592 BiO 3 , the superconducting transition temperature is 22.3K.

Embodiment 3

[0023] This embodiment is basically the same as Embodiment 1, the difference is only:

[0024] Weighed Ba(OH) 2 ·8H 2 O, NaBiO 3 2H 2 O. Bi 2 o 3 The masses are respectively: 1.85 parts, 1.42 parts, 0.45 parts; 20 parts of molten salt KOH. Put it in a Teflon beaker and put it in an electric furnace to raise it to 275°C, melt potassium hydroxide KOH, and keep it warm for 0.75 hours, then pour the raw materials directly into the melted KOH, keep it warm for 16 hours, after cooling to room temperature, then Rinse and dry. Experiments have proved that the chemical formula of the prepared barium potassium bismuth oxybismuth salt superconducting powder material is Ba 0.4 K 0.6 BiO 3 , the superconducting transition temperature is 22K.

Abstract

A process for preparing the barium potassium bismuth oxybismuthate as a superconductor material includes such steps as proportioning barium hydroxid (Ba(OH)2.8H2O), sodium bismuthate (NaBiO3.2H2O) and BiO3, respective grinding, mixing to obtain a mixture, loading KOH in reactor, heating to 240-275 deg.C for fusing it, holding the temp for 0.5-1 hr, adding said mixture, stirring, holding the temp for 10-20 hr, removing excessive fused salt, cooling, flushing and drying.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of superconducting materials, in particular to the preparation of barium potassium bismuth oxybismuth salt superconducting materials. Background technique [0002] With the deepening of high-temperature superconducting research, the requirements for the preparation of superconducting materials are becoming more and more stringent. The measurement of various physical properties, the study of superconducting mechanism and the application of materials all require superconducting materials with high purity and good performance. [0003] Existing methods for preparing barium potassium bismuth oxide (BKBO) bismuthate superconducting materials include solid state reaction method, sol-gel method (Sol-Gel method), high temperature and high pressure method, and the like. For example, in 1988, on page 814 of Volume 332 of "Nature", R.J.Cava et al. reported that BaO, KO 2 and Bi 2 o 3 Sealed in a silv...
