The method comprises (1) extracting with ethanol under reflux; (2) concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; (3) dissolving the extract in anhydrous alcohol, mixing with silica gel; (4) filling the chromatographic column; and (5) eluting to obtain the extract of Pinus koraiensis. The invention adapts organic solvent as the extractant with high extraction rate of 16.8-17.5%. The method has the advantages of simple extraction, low difficulty, reduced loss of effective components as the solvent and gel has no affect to the extract, and easy operation. The extract of Pinus koraiensis pinecone has anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects, and is used to produce pharmaceuticals with high added value and utilization rate.
