Problems solved by technology

However, this method has the following disadvantages: 1) the addition of lime will cause fouling and blockage of the pipeline, and the maintenance workload of the system is very large
2) The amount of sludge formed is extremely large, and the treatment of sludge is very difficult
But, dicyandiamide-formaldehyde polycondensate has following shortcoming: 1) the price is expensive, causes waste water treatment cost to be too high
2) The flocculation effect is not significant
However, if the decolorization of the biochemical process is not complete, since PAC and PFS have almost no decolorization effect on water-soluble dyes, it is naturally difficult for the treated wastewater to meet the discharge standard

Embodiment 1

[0012] Add 80kg of dicyandiamide, 20kg of urea, and 210kg of formaldehyde into the enamel reaction kettle with a reflux condensing device and a heating jacket, start stirring, and heat water into the jacket of the reaction kettle. The water temperature is set at 45°C, and 20 kg of Ammonium chloride, after a few minutes, the temperature in the reactor rises rapidly, and then slowly drops, when the temperature drops below 60°C, add 18kg of ammonium chloride, continue to react for 1 hour, and then jacket the reactor The water temperature was set at 85°C, reacted for 2 hours, then the temperature was lowered to 50°C, and 652kg of newly prepared liquid polyaluminum chloride (Al 2 o 3 %=12), reacted for 0.5 hours, and aged at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain a viscous light yellow transparent liquid.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing decolouring flocculating agent for printing and dyeing wastewater. It comprises following steps: adding 6- 9 units dicyandiamide, 4- 1 units urea, 20 -26 units formaldehyde and 3.5- 7.5 untis ammonium chloride into autoclave equipped with reflux condensing unit, reacting at 40 -50 Deg. C for 1- 2 hours, heating to 80- 85 Deg. C and reacting for another 1.5- 2 hours, adding 66.5- 56.5 units newly prepared polymeric aluminum chloride solution (Al2O3%=12), cooling to 40- 50 Deg. C and reacting for 0.5- 1 hour, curing 24 hours and getting final product. The invention is characterized by good decoloring and flocculating effect, simple device and process, and low production cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation technology of a water treatment agent specially used for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment with excellent decolorization performance and flocculation performance, and belongs to the field of environment-friendly water treatment agents. Background technique [0002] Due to its high chroma and complex components, printing and dyeing wastewater often contains a variety of dyes, pastes, auxiliaries and inorganic salts, making it difficult to treat. At present, the common method of treating printing and dyeing wastewater is biochemical method, but due to the change of the type and concentration of printing and dyeing wastewater components, it has a great impact on the biochemical system, resulting in the chroma and COD of the effluent after biochemical treatment often exceeding the standard, so many Biochemical systems must first undergo physical and chemical pretreatment before biochemical treatment. Even so, ...
