C for 1- 2 hours, heating to 80- 85 Deg. C and reacting for another 1.5- 2 hours, adding 66.5- 56.5 units newly prepared polymeric aluminum chloride solution (Al2O3%=12), cooling to 40- 50 Deg. C and reacting for 0.5- 1 hour, curing 24 hours and getting final product. The invention is characterized by good decoloring and flocculating effect, simple device and process, and low production cost.
