Abstract

The component of the solder takes nickel as a basic body (nickel-based brazing welding powder) and contains a small quantity of minim active elements such as chrome and phosphor, etc., without elements which are harmful for people, thus meeting the environment-friendly requirement. The invention can resist a high temperature in a welding process, which can enhance joint fastness after a commutating segment body is welded with a carbon piece and lead the welded part to thoroughly bear the high speed running of a motor. The solder appears as a paste matter which belongs to a dry-wet compound type. The solder can be equally laid on the outer surface of the commutating segment body by using a welding torch so as to raise work efficiency. Therefore, the mechanical capabilities of strength, wear-resistance capability, etc. of the carbon commutator can be enhanced and service life is also prolonged. The invention is suitable for different fuel conditions.
