Embodiment 1

[0039] Add 237g of cyclohexane, acetone, tert-butyl hydroperoxide and solid catalyst into a closed reaction kettle and mix to form a mixed suspension. Wherein, the weight ratio of acetone and cyclohexane is 1:1.5, and cyclohexane is loaded with RuO 2 The weight ratio of the solid catalyst is 474:1, and the catalyst is RuO supported by carbon nanotube carrier. 2 , the publication number proposed by the applicant is prepared by the preparation example 1 method described in the CN1806914A patent application, and its solid carrier and RuO 2 The weight ratio is 90:10. The weight ratio of cyclohexane to t-butyl hydroperoxide was 34:1. The mixed suspension is heated to 125°C under stirring, and oxygen is introduced to 1.5Mpa. Since the reaction process continuously consumes oxygen in a stoichiometric ratio, it is continuously replenished through a pressure stabilizing device and a flow meter connected to an oxygen source during the reaction. Oxygen and keep the pressure constant a...

Embodiment 2~4

[0044] Add 237g of cyclohexane, acetone, cyclohexanone and solid catalyst into a closed batch reactor and mix to form a mixed suspension. The weight ratio of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone is 40:1. The mixed suspension is heated to the temperature shown in Table 2 respectively under stirring, and oxygen is introduced to 1.5Mpa. Since the reaction process consumes oxygen in a stoichiometric ratio, the pressure stabilizing device connected to the oxygen source is passed through during the reaction. And the flow meter constantly replenishes oxygen and keeps the pressu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing adipic acid by one step of catalysis and oxidation of cyclohexane. The method comprises: firstly adding cyclohexane, a solvent, an initiator and a solid catalyst into a reactor to mix, forming a mixing suspension; rising the temperature of the formed mixing suspension to 50-250 DEG C, insufflating abundant oxygen or air as the oxidant, setting the pressure of the reactor is 0.1-5 MPa, the reaction time is 0.1-20h; separating the reaction mixture to obtain the solid catalyst, and a liquid mixture contained reacted products, un-reacted products and the solvent; and finally separating adipic acid from the separated liquid phase mixture. The invention avoids environmental pollution due to use of nitric acid, and device corrosion; solves the problem that the homogeneous catalyst is difficult to recovery during cyclohexane oxidation; has high reaction selectivity and good activity. The catalyst used in the invention can be recoveried and recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing adipic acid, in particular to a method for preparing adipic acid in one step through catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane. Background technique [0002] Adipic acid is an important raw material for the preparation of polyurethane and nylon 66, and is also an intermediate for many lubricating oil additives. In the traditional adipic acid production process, benzene is mainly used as the starting material, and cyclohexane is first produced by hydrogenation, and then cyclohexane is oxidized into cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone (KA oil), and then KA is decomposed with nitric acid The oil is oxidized to adipic acid, a route that accounts for about 93% of the total global production capacity. Its reaction process is as follows: [0003] [0004] first step second step [0005] The current industrial method of producing adipic acid through cyclohexanol...
