The regeneration principle which is adopted by the invention is to utilize the differences of the concentration and the decomposition voltage of different materials at certain temperature; a high temperature electrochemistry reaction mode is adopted to extract the valuable components in aluminum electrolyte residue and to extract impurity components; the maturation principle is as follows: the reaction velocity is controlled, chemical compositions of the product are adjusted and water in the product is removed through adding additive and catalyst at certain temperature, thereby the volatility of the electrolyte in the using process can be alleviated.
