The liquid strain culture medium per liter contains 2-5g of soybean cake powder, 2-5g of maize meal, 20-30g of sucrose, 0.3-1g of magnesium sulfate, 0.5-2g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and 0.1-0.5 ml of defoaming agent. The preparation method comprises weighing the sucrose, the magnesium sulfate and the potassium dihydrogen phosphate, mixing completely, adding boiling water, and stirring to dissolve completely; weighing the soybean cake powder and the maize meal, adding cold water, stirring to dissolve, and removing bubbles; mixing them together to obtain a mixed solution, and diluting to certain volume; adjusting the pH value with hydrochloric acid and adding the defoaming agent; and sub-packaging and sterilizing by high pressure steam.
