The pure oxygen oxidation reactor comprises a water outlet slot and a jet flow aerator; the jet flow aerator is connected with a pure oxygen air delivery pipe so that the pure oxygen source can provide oxygen; the jet flow aerator extends into the inner cylinder of the oxidation reactor; one side of the water outlet slot is provided with the water outlet pipe of the oxidationreactor; and the upper part of the activated carbon filter canister is connected with the water outlet pipe of the pure oxygen oxidation reactor, and the lower part of the activated carbon filter canister is connected with a general water outlet pipe.
