Problems solved by technology

Most of the existing solvent-based decorative adhesives that meet the limit standards for harmful substances use other relatively low-toxic solvents instead of "triphenyl" and chlorinated solvents. In order to balance the cost, the VOC content in the product has always been high (over 60%), giving Adverse effects on human body and environment
At present, water-based and solvent-free adhesives are in the development stage. They are inferior to universal adhesives in terms of performance and price, and cannot replace solvent-based products in the short term.

Embodiment 1

[0028] 1. Prepare 130Kg of styrene thermoplastic elastomer, 70Kg of polymerized rosin, 105Kg of petroleum resin, 4.5Kg of magnesium oxide, 108Kg of ethyl acetate, 67.5Kg of cyclohexane, 94.5Kg of solvent oil, and 300Kg of quartz powder.

[0029] 2. Mix styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, polymerized rosin, petroleum resin, ethyl acetate, cyclohexane, solvent oil, and stir. After the elastomer and resin are dissolved evenly, add magnesium oxide and quartz powder in turn, and fully stir to make The material can be dispersed evenly.

[0030] 3. Detect the bonding strength, see Table 1 for details.

example 1

[0032] 1. Prepare 130Kg of styrene thermoplastic elastomer, 70Kg of polymerized rosin, 105Kg of petroleum resin, 108Kg of ethyl acetate, 67.5Kg of cyclohexane, 94.5Kg of mineral spirits, and 300Kg of quartz powder.

[0033] 2. Mix styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, polymerized rosin, petroleum resin, ethyl acetate, cyclohexane, solvent oil, and stir. After the elastomer and resin are uniformly dissolved, add quartz powder, and stir fully to disperse the material evenly. That's it.

[0034] 3. Detect the bonding strength, see Table 1 for details.

Embodiment 2

[0036] 1. Prepare 140Kg of styrene thermoplastic elastomer, 35Kg of disproportionated rosin, 50Kg of rosin ester, 125Kg of petroleum resin, 6Kg of magnesium oxide, 100Kg of butyl acetate, 185Kg of solvent oil, 200Kg of calcium carbonate, and 95Kg of talcum powder.

[0037] 2. Mix styrene thermoplastic elastomer, disproportionated rosin, rosin ester, petroleum resin, butyl acetate, solvent oil, and stir. After the elastomer and resin are dissolved evenly, add magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and talcum powder in sequence, fully Stir to disperse the material evenly.

[0038] 3. Detect the bonding strength, see Table 1 for details.

Abstract

The nail-free glue for architectural decoration of the present invention relates to a nail-free glue used in architectural materials. The ingredient parts and mass parts of the raw stuff is: styrenic thermoplastic elastomer 10-30 parts, modified rosin 8-25 parts, hydrocarbon resin 10-30 parts, solvent 10-30 parts, filling agent 10-30 parts. Product of the invention is provided with advantages of low VOC (volatile organic compound), about 30%, simple technics, strong adhesion, suitable for most architectural decoration materials and comparing with foreign medium-to-high grade products. The invention fills blankness of no nail-free glue in civil, shortening the difference with the world developed country in preparing technic of solvent-type adhesive, which is benefit for promoting environment friendly and energy-saving products development.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a nail-free glue used in building materials. 【Background technique】 [0002] With the development of the national economy, people's living standards have been continuously improved, living conditions have been greatly improved, and the urban and rural construction industry has achieved unprecedented rapid development. Architectural decoration is becoming more and more high-end and environmentally friendly. Decorative adhesives have firmly established themselves in the construction, renovation and industrial fields. Most of the interior decoration projects of modern buildings adopt the method of bonding, which can easily paste various materials on the concrete surface, or paste decorative panels on the surface of different materials. The materials to be adhered include wood, metal, cement board, Plastic, ceramic tile, glass, gypsum board, decorative board, etc. In Europe and the United States, high-solid content, low-VOC st...
