Abstract

The invention discloses an expanded and vitrified microsphere insulating material for a construction wall and a production process. The expanded and vitrified microsphere insulating material comprises the following components by weight percentage: 30-60 percent of cement, 0.1-0.3 percent of polyacrylamide, 1-4 percent of latex powder, 10-40 percent of fly ash, 8-12 percent of calcium hydroxide, 5-10 percent of wood fiber, 0.2-0.5 percent of early strength agent, 2-4 percent of polypropylene fiber, 3-6 percent of cellulose ether, 30-60 percent of expanded and vitrified microspheres, 0.1-0.3 percent of air entraining agent and 1-2 percent of bentonite. The invention sufficiently utilizes the characteristics of good compatibility of the expanded and vitrified microspheres and the wall and low heat conductivity coefficient, thereby having the advantages of simple production process and high efficiency and having excellent fireproof performance. The invention can be widely applied to heat insulation of the construction wall with no pollution, energy saving and environment protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wall thermal insulation material, in particular to an expanded vitrified microbead thermal insulation material used for building walls and a production process, belonging to the production field of wall thermal insulation materials. Background technique [0002] In recent years, environmental protection and energy saving have been widely accepted as the leading ideas in various production fields, and environmental protection and energy-saving products in various fields have also appeared one after another. The state also strongly encourages enterprises to produce environmental protection and energy-saving products. Existing building wall insulation materials are generally polystyrene particles, expanded polystyrene boards, extruded polystyrene boards or other blocks. During construction, these insulation materials are pasted or wiped on the main wall to form a wall insulation. The advantage is that the material itself has a g...
