Problems solved by technology

[0003] The seeds of this genus are small, not only difficult to sow, but also prone to variation in seedlings, which restricts large-scale commercial production
The use of tissue culture reproduction technology is costly, long-term, and the survival rate of training seedlings is low
However, the survival rate of conventional cutting propagation technology is only about 10%, which cannot meet the growing market demand.

Embodiment 1

[0020] In the plastic film greenhouse covered with 60% black sunshade net, set up the overhead seedbed sterilized by the sodium hypochlorite solution of 500ppm, on the seedbed lay the seedling tray that has filled the matrix. The substrate is mixed with peat and perlite at a volume ratio of 4:6 and filled in a 72-hole seedling tray, and the upper surface is scraped off after gently shaking once or twice. Start the spray system to saturate the substrate with water. Adjust the pH value of the matrix to 6.0 and the EC value to 0.4.

[0021] The genus Chamelaucium var Revelation, which is 1 to 2 years old, has no pests and diseases, and grows vigorously, is selected as the female parent. The open-air collection should be carried out on a sunny day with no fog or dew to ensure that the surface of the branches and leaves is dry. Immediately after harvesting, the incision of the female parent was immersed in 10cm deep water to prevent the material from dehydration.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Repeat Example 1, with the following differences: the pH value of the substrate is adjusted to 5.5, and the EC value is 0.3. When there was no rain, no dew and fog for three consecutive days, the genus Chamelaucium.var Purple pride, which was free from diseases and insect pests and grew vigorously, was selected as the female parent collection material in the open-air plantation of A. var. The cuttings are tied up with 50 branches, and the bases are aligned. Soak the base of the cuttings with 1000ppm indole-3-butyric acid solution for 25 minutes for hormone treatment. The soaked cuttings are naturally air-dried. Wherein, indole-3-butyric acid is first dissolved with 75% alcohol to form a solution with a concentration of 10000 ppm, and then purified water is added to form a solution with a concentration of 1000 ppm. Cuttings were placed in 50-hole seedling trays filled with substrate. Management after cutting is the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0032] Repeat embodiment 1, have following difference: use the seedling tray of 72 holes. Adjust the pH value of the substrate to 6.5 and the EC value to 0.5. The genus Chamelaucium var CWA pink was selected as the female parent collection material. The cuttings are tied up with 72 branches, and the bases are aligned. Soak the base of the cuttings with 1500ppm indole-3-butyric acid for 20 minutes for hormone treatment. The soaked cuttings are naturally air-dried.

[0033] According to the statistics, the Australian wax flower "Chamelaucium.Var CAW pink" (Chamelaucium.Var CAW pink) began to have new roots 24 days after cutting, the survival rate reached 90.2%, and it could be transplanted in the field after 40 days. Compared with the existing tissue culture technology, the survival rate is increased by nearly 15%, and the field transplanting time is advanced by 2 to 3 months. The cutting seedlings have well-developed root system, no pests and diseases, and the seedlings gen...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cutting and propagating a chamelaucium plant. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a healthy plant without diseases and pests as a female parent material and scissoring newborn tender twigs above the half-lignifying position of the female parent material as cutting ears; dipping the basic parts of the cutting ears by 500-2000ppm of indole-3-butanoic acid solution and then carrying out bactericidal treatment on the cutting ears by a solution with 1500 times of gejunqing of 2.5% after drying in the air; and taking the cutting depth as 1/3-1/4of the length of the cutting ears, managing by a conventional technology after cutting, and carrying out field transplantation after the roots of the cutting ears grow out of the bottom of a seedlingdisk. By applying the method, the survival rate of the cutting and the propagation of the chamelaucium plant reaches more than 90%, and the propagation period is shortened to 35-40 days. The obtainedchamelaucium seeds and seedlings have superior quality and long service life, so that the popularized planting of the chamelaucium plant becomes possible. The invention has simple and convenient method, low cost, high survival rate of the seeds and the seedlings and favorable market application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, relates to plant asexual propagation technology, in particular to a cutting method for rapidly propagating chamelaucium plants. Background technique [0002] Chamelaucium is native to Western Australia, Australia, and is an evergreen shrub of the family Mycinatum. Plant height 2 ~ 3m, leaf needle shape. Short-day flowering habit, the flower is the most prosperous in winter, the flower color is purple, pink, white, milky white, the petals are waxy, the flowering period of a single flower is more than 20 days, and it has a special fragrance of myrtle. Suitable for subtropical hot and dry climate, likes light and dryness, and grows well in sandy soil with many gravels and good drainage. There are 23 species in this genus, nearly 30 cultivars, and the number is constantly increasing. It is an internationally famous material for cut flowers and potted flowers. It is very popular in the in...
