system used for high-definition image reconstruction and matched with an industrial CT
machine, which belongs to the technical field ofrock and
soil mechanics. The
airbag-type confining pressure loading
system comprises an
airbag pressurizing apparatus and a CT
machine scanning apparatus, wherein the airbag pressurizing apparatus comprises an airbag pressure chamber, a
servo pressurizing device, an upper
cushion block, a lower
cushion block, a connector I, a connector II, a control
servo valve and a high-precision pressure gauge; and the CT
machine scanning apparatus comprises a CT
radioactive source and a CT
detector arranged on two sides of the airbag pressure chamber. The lower part of the airbag pressure chamber is connected with the
servo pressurizing device by virtue of a pressurizing device interface, the lower part of the airbag pressure chamber is connected with the high-precision pressure gauge, and the upper part and the lower part of the airbag pressure chamber are respectively provided with the upper
cushion block and the lower cushion block. By utilizing the CT machine scanning technology, a deformationcracking process of a
test sample in the test can be monitored in real time, and the high-definition image reconstruction of the breaking process of the
test sample can be realized, so that the breaking evolution process of the loose rock and
soil mass under different
stress conditions and the characteristics of the rock and
soil mass such as deformation and strength under different
stress effects can be researched.
