Abstract

The invention relates to a waste water evaporating device and a method using the same. The device comprises a waste water pot, a waste water metering pump connected with the waste water pot, a waste water conveying pipeline led out from the waste water metering pump, an atomizing nozzle communicated with the waste water conveying pipeline, an electric dust remover accommodating the atomizing nozzle, a raw gas channel which is connected with one end of the electric dust remover and used for inputting raw flue gas, a desulfurizing and absorbing tower connected with the other end of the electric dust remover and a separated solid conveying pipeline connected with the electric dust remover, wherein the raw flue gas is provided by a boiler. The waste water evaporating device needs less equipment, does not need dosing, saves investment and realizes the zero discharge of waste water, and the process needs a small occupation area, which can save space. Through the comprehensive regulation matching with the gas load and the desulfurization waste water flow, the time and the flow of the desulfurization waste water sprayed into polar plates of the electric dust remover are controlled, which has the wetting effect on electric dust removal, improves the electric dust removal efficiency and also prevents oversize instantaneous waste water volume from influencing the operation of the electric dust remover.
