Abstract

The invention discloses a bidirectional anti-fatigue short circuit for a drill column used in the drilling engineering of the petroleum industry, particularly used for air under-balance drilling. The bidirectional anti-fatigue short circuit mainly comprises an upper joint, a short circuit main body and a lower joint. The short circuit main body consists of a spline outer barrel, a damping piston, an oil cylinder, a spring outer barrel, an upper disc spring set, a spring rod, a lower disc spring set and a buffering rubber. The disc spring sets and the damping piston are connected in series so as to play a role in retarding or absorbing longitudinal vibration simultaneously; the buffering rubber outside a spline can play a role in retarding peripheral vibration to reduce the adverse effect of accidental torque on the drill column; and through aerodynamic finite element simulation analysis for a short circuit shell structure, a single-blade hyperboloid structure optimized at the joint can reduce the erosion effect caused by high-speed airflow during air under-balance drilling so as to prolong the service life, improve the work efficiency and effectively protect a drill bit and the drill column.
