Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing fermented feed containing probiotics for pigs by using microbial fermentation, comprising the following steps: (1) cultivating aerobic fungi for producing strains; (2) cultivating bacillus producing lactic acid; and (3) solid-state cultivating: 1) thoroughly mixing soya bean dregs, cotton dregs, vinegar residue with wheat bran and / or rice bran and adding water to prepare a mixture; 2) inoculating the producing strains prepared in the step (1) and the step (2) into the mixture; and 3) cultivating by stacking or bag stacking to obtain an antibiotics-free fermented feed. The method of the invention is simple and convenient. The products have stable properties and are easy for large-scale producing. Using the method to prepare the feed for the pigs can effectively reduce anti nutritional factors in the feed and the method plays a role in the gossypol reduction of the cotton dregs, thereby decreasing the input amount of inorganic phosphorus to the feed, increasing the utilization of organic phosphorus in the raw material of the feed, accelerating the absorption of nutrients in the feed for pigs and reducing the environment pollution due to the feed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fermented feed, in particular to a method for producing swine probiotic fermented feed by microbial fermentation. Background technique [0002] Due to the low utilization rate of pigs for feed digestion and the high use of cotton meal and other substances in commonly used pig feed, the content of anti-nutritional factors in feed is high. [0003] The plant raw materials used in pig feed contain a high content of phytic acid, which is an anti-nutritional factor commonly found in plant feed. Phytic acid phosphorus in phytic acid molecules is difficult to be utilized by pigs, and phytic acid can combine with mineral elements and proteins in feed to form stable complexes, thereby reducing the digestion and utilization of these substances. Phytate phosphorus accounts for 60% to 90% of the total plant phosphorus, and is the main storage form of phosphorus and inositol. Phosphorus is an inorganic element neces...
