Abstract

The synthesis gas humidifier comprises a shell, a wind distributor, porous filler, atomizing nozzles, a demister and a liquid level measuring device; an exhaust pipe is arranged at the top of the shell; a water inlet pipe is arranged below the exhaust pipe in the shell; a horizontal annular pipe is arranged at the port of the water inlet pipe; the atomizing nozzles are uniformly distributed on the annular pipe; the demister is disposed between the water inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe; a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the shell; an air inlet pipe is arranged above the drain pipe; an annular wind distributor is horizontally arranged at the port of the air inlet pipe; and the porous filler is installed between the wind distributor and the atomizing nozzles. Air is uniformly and upwards fed fro the low-temperature synthesis gas fuel from the annular wind distributor of the air inlet pipe; high-temperature water is uniformly sprayed on the porous filler from top to bottom; the synthesis gas contacts with water on the surface of the porous filler for heating and humidification; and after the droplets going upwards with the gas flow are removed by the demister, the synthesis gas is sent out by the exhaust pipe.
