Abstract

The invention provides a combined method and a combined device for smelting reduction ironmaking. The device comprises reduction smelting furnaces and matched equipment; and two sides of the reduction smelting furnaces are connected with heat accumulators. 2 to 20 reduction smelting furnaces are connected in series, parallelly arranged or annularly arranged. In the production, the reduction smelting furnaces perform the heating, reduction and smelting processes in turn. In the smelting process, heating and smelting under incomplete combustion is carried out, and reduction gas is generated; the reduction gas and product gas in the smelting process are taken as reducing agents in the reduction process; and flue gas and excessive CO are combusted in the reduction smelting furnace in the heating process to heat reduced materials. The product gas generated in the smelting process is fully utilized for the reduction in the reduction process; the afterheat and residual combustible components in the smelting and reduction processes are combusted to heat raw materials; the product gas in the smelting process is fully utilized; energy is saved; the total area and space of the device are reduced; and the ironmaking production capacity is improved.
