In the invention, a pectin product is prepared by utilizing a biocatalyst without high temperature and high pressure reaction in the production process, extracting the pectin through effective bonding of acidolysis and enzyme, eliminating the destructive action of pectinase to the pectin through high temperature enzyme killing, releasing the pectin and the synephrine under an acid condition, and extracting and purifying the pectin through a subsequent extraction technology; and a synephrine product is also prepared through resin adsorption, falling film evaporation in waste liquid after the pectin product is prepared.
