Embodiment 1

[0027] Such as Figure 1 It shows that after belt filter press, the residual sludge of a sewage treatment plant in a chemical industry park with a water content of 85% is taken, and the sludge is dried by the waste heat of the kiln flue gas; after crushing and sieving, the sludge particle size is 1.2mm. The amount of brick-making sludge is 25% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), the amount of fly ash (with a particle size of 0.8mm) is 45% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), gypsum (grain diameter is 0.8mm), the dosage is 5% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), and the moisture content is 13%; and then mixed with bentonite, the dosage is 25% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials); At 600r / min, after the mixture was stirred for 20 minutes, it was pressed into bricks. After drying the adobe with the waste heat of the kiln flue gas, the brick is sintered at 1050°C for 3 hours, and the compressive streng...

Embodiment 2

[0029] Such as Figure 1 According to the results, the residual sludge after belt filter press with a moisture content of 75% after sewage treatment in a pesticide factory was taken, and the sludge was dried by the waste heat of the kiln flue gas; after crushing and sieving, the sludge particle size was 1.3mm. The amount of brick-making sludge is 31% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), the amount of fly ash (0.1mm in particle size) is 48% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), gypsum (grain The diameter is 0.1mm) and the dosage is 6% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), and the moisture content is 10%; then mixed with bentonite, the dosage is 15% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials); At 900r / min, after the mixture was stirred for 10 minutes, it was pressed into bricks. After using the residual heat of kiln flue gas to dry the adobe, the brick is sintered at 1000°C for 6 hours, and the compressive str...

Embodiment 3

[0031] Such as Figure 1 According to the results, take the remaining sludge after belt filter press with a moisture content of 80% after sewage treatment in a petrochemical plant, use the waste heat of kiln flue gas to dry the sludge; then crush and sieve, the sludge particle size is 1.5mm. The amount of brick-making sludge is 50% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), the amount of fly ash (with a particle size of 0.05mm) is 20% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), gypsum (grain diameter of 0.05mm) is 7% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials), waste lime (particle size is 0.05mm) is 13%, and the moisture content is 15%; The amount is 10% (based on the total mass of brick-making raw materials); at 700r / min, the mixture is stirred for 20 minutes, and then pressed into adobe. After drying the adobe by using the waste heat of the kiln flue gas, the brick is sintered at 1150°C for 5 hours, and the compressive strength of the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to recycling disposal of industrial waste, in particular to a process for making bricks from excess sludge in the chemical industry. The process comprises the following steps of: (1) drying sludge separated by a belt filter press by utilizing kiln flue gas waste heat; (2) quantitatively adding dried sludge, bentonite and industrial solid residues, mixing, and pressing to form unburned bricks; (3) drying the flue gas waste heat; and (4) sintering at high temperature to prepare the bricks. By the process, bricks are made from the industrial waste, and the process has the characteristics of resource saving, economy, environmental protection and the like, and has wide promotion prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a resource disposal of industrial waste, in particular to a process for making bricks using surplus sludge in the chemical industry. Background technique [0002] The sludge in the chemical industry is not only bulky, but also contains high organic poisons, fine particles, flocculent colloidal structure, and high hydrophilicity. There are more than 1,000 large and small chemical parks in my country, with more than 100,000 large and small chemical enterprises. These chemical companies produce tens of thousands of tons of excess sludge every day, the sludge has a moisture content of over 95% and contains various organic poisons. According to the latest "National Hazardous Waste List" promulgated by our country, the excess sludge generated in the process of wastewater treatment in chemical, pharmaceutical and pesticide industries is hazardous solid waste and must be sent to a qualified hazardous waste disposal center for centrali...
