Abstract

The invention relates to a method for treating low-permeability oilfield reinjection water, which comprises steps as follows: (1) oil extraction sewage enters an oil separator, floating oil and sediment are removed by inclined-plate oil removal, and the hydraulic power stays for 3 hours; (2) effluent water of the oil separator is condensed in a floatation tank under de-electrifying condition, thereby removing polymers and emulsified oil; (3) the water quantity and water quality of the sewage are conditioned in a conditioning tank to prevent rapid changes of the activated sludge load when the water quality of the sewage greatly fluctuates, and the hydraulic power stays for 10 hours; and (4) a membrane module of a membrane bioreactor is additionally arranged in an aerobic tank, so that all the activated sludge is entrapped in the reactor. The invention has the following advantages: good quality of effluent water, which can meet the water-quality index (A1 standard) for low-permeability oilfield reinjection water; and high resistance to pollution: the sewage is pretreated by oil separation and electrocoagulation floatation before being treated by the MBR (membrane bioreactor), so as to remove most oil and other pollutants which can greatly damage the membrane element, thereby well protecting the membrane element and ensuring that the membrane equipment can stably operate for a long time.
