Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of microbial fermentation and particularly relates to a penicillium oxallcum Po-5 strain capable of generating pectinase and a method for producing the pectinase by liquid fermentation. The penicillium oxallcum Po-5 strain is preserved in the China center for type culture collection on Dec14th in 2010 and the preservation number is CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) NO.M2010350. The strain with high yield of pectinase is selected from the natural environment and the pectinase is produced in a liquid fermentation mode so as to reduce the production cost of the pectinase, optimize the process and reduce the environment stress. The strain uses natural orange skins, rice brans and the like with low prices as a culture medium matrix, the activity of the pectinase obtained by fermentation can achieve 1.39*105U<min-1>< ml-1> and the penicillium oxallcum Po-5 strain belongs to a high-yield pectinase strain. The pectinase prepared by carrying out liquid fermentation on the Po-5 strain can keep good stability at the temperature of 30 to 50 DEG C when the pH (potential of hydrogen) value is equal to about 5.0.
