Abstract

The invention relates to a gel microsphere quick forming device and a gel microsphere quick forming method using the device. The device comprises a constant flow pump, an infusion pump, an atomizing nozzle electrode, a rotating cup, a collecting cylinder, a centrifugal machine, a transfusion electrode and a high-voltage static generator. The method comprises the following steps that: on the basis of an ordinary static liquid drop generating device, the rotating cup is added so gel solidifying liquid in the rotating cup is formed into a paraboloid of which the opening is upward; the paraboloid serves as a positive electrode; a liquid atomizing nozzle in the center of the rotating cup serves as a negative electrode; a high-voltage static field is formed between the atomizing nozzle electrode and the gel solidifying liquid paraboloid; a liquid drop at the tail end of the nozzle electrode becomes a single dispersive micro liquid drop, diffusely flies into the rotating gel solidifying liquid and then is solidified into gel microspheres; the gel microspheres with higher density quickly sink into the bottom of the rotating cup; and the gel microspheres with lower density quickly float onto the mouth of the rotating cup along the liquid paraboloid and fall into the collecting cylinder.
