Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, although some cement enterprises use industrial waste such as calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker, most of them have low mixing amount (generally 15-60%) and high energy consumption (heat consumption above 1000KcaC / kg clinker). Carbide slag and other waste residues are used by enterprises as auxiliary materials. Therefore, technicians in this industry generally believe that waste residues can only be partially mixed in order to stabilize the firing process, and cannot be used on a large scale. If the amount exceeds a certain ratio, not only the ingredients are difficult, but also the pelleting and calcination are also difficult. In the prior art, there is no such thing as calcium carbide slag that can completely replace limestone as the main raw material for cement production.

[0018] Calcium carbide mud is the alkaline residue after the hydration reaction of calcium carbide (CaC2) and water (H2O), and the waste residue discharged in the chemical production process. Its main component is calcium hydroxide, and its molecular formula is [Ca(OH)2] : Decomposes into CaO and H2O at 580°C. Because Ca(OH)2 is rich in calcium oxide, it is a good substitute for limestone raw materials. However, a large amount of carbide slag discharged from such chemical plants has not been fully developed and utilized. In most cases, only accumulated This method not only occupies the land, but also causes environmental pollution and destruction.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for calcining cement clinkers on a cement kiln by using waste residues instead of limestone materials and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 percent of carbide slag, 20 percent of metal magnesium slag, 25 percent of dicyandiamide, 10 percent of lime slag, 2 percent of coal gangue and 8 percent of coal, and milling and mixing; and (2) calcining clinkers: thoroughly stirring the raw material powders, making balls with a particle size of 5 to 15 mm in a ball-forming tray, feeding the balls into the kiln, performing calcination under such conditions that the calcination temperature is 1400 DEG C and the retention time in the high-temperature zone is 5 to 10minutes to produce silicate minerals such as dicalcium silicate, tricalcium silicate and tetracalcium aluminoferrite, cooling the produced cement clinkers with cold air, discharging through a discharge cone and preserving in a clinker storage bin. The method has the advantages of increasing the stability of the production process of calcining the cement clinkers on the cement kiln, saving energy, reducing costs and improving the quality of the cement clinker product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for using waste slag to completely replace limestone for calcining cement clinker, and belongs to the technical field of inorganic non-metallic materials. Background technique [0002] At present, although some cement enterprises use industrial waste such as calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker, most of them have low mixing amount (generally 15-60%) and high energy consumption (heat consumption above 1000KcaC / kg clinker). Enterprises use waste residues such as calcium carbide slag as auxiliary materials. Therefore, technicians in this industry generally believe that waste residues can only be partially mixed in order to stabilize the firing process, and cannot be used on a large scale. If the amount exceeds a certain ratio, it will not only make the ingredients difficult, but also make pelleting and calcination difficult. In the prior art, there is no such thing as calcium carbide slag that can completely rep...
