[0021] The present invention also provides a method for preparing cotton stalk husk pulp, which uses cotton stalk husks as raw materials to produce cotton stalk husk pulp, which includes sequentially performing the following steps on cotton stalk husks: pretreatment, cooking, bleaching, alkali extraction, Concentrating and pulping; wherein, the cooking liquid used in cooking is the cooking liquid provided by the present invention.

[0022] According to the preparation method of the present invention, the cotton stalk bark is firstly pretreated. In the present invention, the cotton stalk skin is obtained by separating cotton stalks through cotton stalk skin-core separation equipment. The pretreatment includes: first, using multiple pairs of arc-shaped toothed rollers to repeatedly press and knead the cotton stalk skin separated from the skin core, and then soak the cotton stalk skin in bleaching waste liquid or alkali extraction waste liquid for ultrasonic treatment .

Embodiment 1

[0039] (1) Pretreatment: First, feed the cotton stalk skin separated by the cotton stalk skin core separator into multiple pairs of arc-shaped toothed roller machines for reciprocating rolling and kneading to completely remove the cuticle on the surface of the cotton stalk skin. Then soak the cotton stalk bark that has been pressed and kneaded in bleaching waste liquid, and treat it under the combined action of 25KHz ultrasonic waves and bleaching waste liquid for 30 minutes, and the treatment temperature is 50±5°C.

Abstract

The invention provides cooking liquor which contains ammonium sulfite, urea and anthraquinone or derivatives thereof, wherein the ammonium sulfite accounts for 15-25wt% of absolute dry cotton stalk bark; the urea accounts for 3-8wt% of the absolute dry cotton stalk bark; the anthraquinone or the derivatives thereof accounts / account for 0.01-1wt% of the absolute dry cotton stalk bark; and the pH value of the cooking liquor is 7-8, and the liquor ratio is 1:(3-5). The invention further provides a method for preparing a cotton stalk bark pulp by adopting the cooking liquor, and the method comprises the following process steps: pretreatment, cooking, bleaching, alkaline extraction, concentration and pulping, wherein the process steps are sequentially performed on the cotton stalk bark. The neutral ammonium sulfite is adopted in the cooking liquor, and the cooking liquor simultaneously contains the urea and the anthraquinone or the derivatives thereof, thereby effectively ensuring the extraction rate of the cotton stalk bark pulp; and the cooking waste liquor can be used as a fertilizer, and a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, molybdate and triethylene pentaacetic acid is adopted during bleaching, thereby being very environmentally-friendly. By adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the cotton stalk bark pulp which has the advantages of high content of cellulose, good whiteness and lower content of pentaose, ash and other impurities can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of textile fibers, in particular to a cooking liquor and a method for preparing cotton stalk pulp. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, people's demand for textile fibers is increasing. Among textile fibers, regenerated cellulose fiber is a typical degradable and environmentally friendly biomaterial. Its fabric has excellent air permeability and hygroscopicity, and is comfortable and hygienic to wear. It is favored by people and has a strong market demand. At present, regenerated cellulose fibers are mainly produced from softwood, hardwood or cotton linters. However, with the increasing use of regenerated cellulose fiber, the supply of raw materials is tight, and the price continues to rise, which restricts the development of the regenerated cellulose fiber industry. [0003] my country is a big cotton planting country, and the annual biomass of cotton stalk bark, a by-product of c...
