Problems solved by technology

However, there are certain requirements for the local climate and temperature, which need to be above -5°C to prevent tuber frostbite, and at the same time affect the continuity of raw material supply for production and processing of enterprises; the second is to store tubers at low temperature (about 4°C) after harvesting, which can prolong The disadvantage of the fresh-keeping storage period of Jerusalem artichoke is that the cost is high, and the Jerusalem artichoke is piled up and prone to corruption; the third is to harvest the tubers before freezing in autumn in areas with low winter temperatures, and then store them in the cellar. This method takes up a lot of space , the Jerusalem artichoke is severely rotted
In recent years, a new storage method of Jerusalem artichoke tubers has been reported abroad. The tubers are mashed, added acid with a pH<2, and placed in a storage tank for later use. This method can prevent the Jerusalem artichoke from deteriorating and rotting and prolong its storage period. It is used for the production of ethanol by fermentation, because of its limitations, it cannot solve the needs of Jerusalem artichoke seed preservation and the production of other products

Abstract

The invention discloses an anticorrosive storage method for helianthus tuberosus tubers. The method comprises the following steps of: flushing the surfaces of the tubers by using clear water after the tubers are harvested, and naturally airing the tubers; and soaking the tubers into CaCl2 or a maleic hydrazide solution, wherein the mass concentration of the CaCl2 solution is 0.12 to 0.48 percent, the mass concentration of the maleic hydrazide solution is 0.10 to 0.40 percent, and the soaking time is 5 to 30 minutes. The helianthus tuberosus can be harvested after the tubers are mature and can also be harvested before germination in the next year, and then the helianthus tuberosus is treated and stored; and the method is low in cost input, is easily mastered, is long in storage time, and can ensure the continuity of enterprise production and processing raw material supply.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant rhizome storage, and in particular relates to a method for antiseptic storage of Jerusalem artichoke tubers. Background technique [0002] Jerusalem artichoke is a cultivated species that can form underground tubers in the genus Sunflower of the family Compositae. It is also known as sea ginger, sea ginger, devil ginger, etc., and its scientific name is Helianthus tuberosus L. It is widely used in tropical, temperate, cold, and arid and semi-arid regions of the world There are distribution and cultivation of Jerusalem artichoke. Jerusalem artichoke has strong adaptability, likes warmth, but is cold-resistant; likes humidity, but is drought-tolerant; likes fertility, but is resistant to barrenness, and salt-alkali. The fresh weight of Jerusalem artichoke biomass is generally 4-8 tons / mu, of which the output of the aboveground part is 2-3 tons / mu, and the underground tuber part is 2-5 tons / mu. Jerusa...
