The crosslinked modified elastomer composite consists of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, vinylsilane, organic peroxide, a catalyst, phenolic antioxidant, and silicone lubricating grease in a certain proportion; and a novel elastomer flexible pipe is prepared by extruding the elastomer composite which is used as a raw material by an extruder, and performing hydrolizing and crosslinking reaction. During production of the flexible pipe, the production efficiency of the flexible pipe is greatly improved in a negative-pressure sizing forming mode which increases air gaps. The hot strength, corrosion resistance, and the environmental stress cracking resistance of the prepared elastomer flexible pipe are greatly improved, and the elastomer flexible pipe has wide application prospect.
