Problems solved by technology

In the mixing process, the quality of the product is unstable due to the errors caused by multiple weighings and the quality of various additives.
However, the existing PVC additives cannot effectively solve technical problems such as PVC decomposition, low product toughness, and easy aging, and the operation is complicated and the cost is high
At present, there is no report on the technology that compound preparations are used alone in PVC processing

Embodiment 1

[0012] A special compound preparation for PVC processing, prepared from the following raw materials in weight percentage: vulcanizing agent TCHC 20%, perchloroethylene copolymer resin 25%, methyl methacrylate 20% and rare earth filler 35%. Ethylene copolymer resin is a resin product obtained by polymerizing perchloroethylene modified by organosilicon-acrylate rubber particles. The rare earth additive is ordinary rare earth containing antimony metal salt. The preparation method is to fully mix the above raw materials at 125°C and 0.6mbar vacuum, and react for 2 hours to complete.

Embodiment 2

[0014] The special compound preparation for PVC processing is prepared from the following raw materials in weight percentage: TCHC 10%, perchloroethylene copolymer resin 40%, methyl methacrylate 15% and rare earth filler 35%. The preparation method is the same as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0016] The special compound preparation for PVC processing is made up of raw materials including the following weight percentages: vulcanizing agent TCHC 15%, perchloroethylene copolymer resin 35%, methyl methacrylate 20% and rare earth filler 30%. The preparation method is the same as in Example 1.

[0017] Example 3 is a preferred solution.

Abstract

The invention provides a special compound preparation for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) manufacture. The preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10 to 20 percent of vulcanizing agent TCHC, 25 to 40 percent of vinylidene chloride copolymer resin, 10 to 20 percent of methyl methacrylate, and 20 to 35 percent of rare-earth packing, wherein the vinylidene chloridecopolymer resin is prepared by polymerization of organic silicon-acrylate rubber particle modified vinylidene chloride, and the rare-earth additive is common rare-earth containing antimony metal salt. The preparation method of the preparation comprises the following steps of: sufficiently mixing the raw materials at 125 DEG C and vacuum of 0.6mbar; and reacting for 2 hours. The special compound preparation can effectively reduce errors which are easily generated in a product production process when being applied to PVC manufacture, and has the advantages of simpleness and practicality, quality improvement, cost reduction and the like.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of PVC processing and application, in particular to a new additive for plastic and PVC extrusion thermoforming processing. Background technique [0002] At this stage, the processing of PVC is made by mixing a variety of individual additives. To complete a series of properties such as preventing PVC decomposition, accelerating melting, increasing toughness, easy demolding, and anti-aging, it is necessary to add corresponding stabilizers, ACR (PVC processing aids), CPE (chlorinated polyethylene), lubricants, Anti-aging agent to make up the solution. In the mixing process, the quality of the product is unstable due to the errors caused by multiple weighings and the quality of various additives. However, the existing PVC-added additives cannot effectively solve the technical problems of PVC decomposition, low product toughness, and easy aging, and the operation is complicated and the cost is high. At present, the...
