The invention establishes the diatomaceous earth rapid detection method which is suitable for 10 toxic substances (basically covering all the toxic substances) such as a barbital sleeping medicament, a benzodiazepine sleeping medicament, a phenothiazine sleeping medicament, common drugs, alkaloid, indandione chronic rodenticides, hydroxy coumarin chronic rodenticides, tetramine acute rodenticides, organophosphorus pesticides, carbamate pesticides and the like in the urine.
