The method comprises the following steps: selecting different varieties of high-quality orange peels as raw materials; compositely soaking the fresh orange peels in alkali liquor and ozone, and then soaking and washing the orange peels with clear water, and meanwhile carrying out ultrasonic washing during the process; and carrying out low-frequency (915MHz) microwave treatment so that the degradation rate of most part of organophosphorus, organochlorine and carbamate pesticides in the orange peels reaches over 80% and ethion and methamidophos can be fully degraded.
