Abstract

The foodstuff is characterized by comprising the following steps: blending 67 to 81% by weight of coix seed oil and 19 to 33% by weight of linseed oil so as to obtain mixed oil and adding 10 to 30 g/L of lycopene, 10 to 50 g/L of vitamin E and 5 to 30 mu g/ml of the trace element selenium. The functional foodstuff provided in the invention uses coix seed oil as a main component, so the foodstuff has the effects of subsiding swelling, relieving pain, softening hardness and dissipating stagnation; since lycopene and the trace element selenium are used to cooperate with coix seed oil, the foodstuff has improved anticancer efficacy and can enhance body immunity; and the foodstuff can be used for adjuvant therapy of malignant tumors and has no toxic and side effects. The functional foodstuff can be made into soft capsules which are convenient to carry and store and can be easily swallowed by consumers, especially cancer patients.
