Abstract

The invention relates to a testing system for a post-processing device of an engine. The testing system is characterized in that a compressor provides high-pressure air for an air seperation machine, and O2 and N2 from the air seperation machine respectively enter into an O2 voltage stabilizing air tank and an N2 voltage stabilizing air tank; the fluxes of high pressure gas cylinder groups containing various exhaust gas components are controlled by using a mass flowmeter; the various exhaust gas components are mixed with O2 and N2 in a mixing cavity to form a gas with different proportions ofcomponents so as to simulate the exhaust gas of the engine; the mixed gas is heated to a set experimental temperature; the heated gas enters a main body section for testing a carrier in the post-processing device; the pressure drop of the main body section is measured by using a differential pressure transducer; the change of an internal temperature field of the main body section is measured through a temperature sensor; and the collection and control of signals of the testing system are finished through a data acquisition card and a microcomputer. The testing system can be used for testing the carrier by accurately simulating exhaust gases of working conditions of the engine and has the characteristics of convenient testing and good repeatability of test results.
