Problems solved by technology

Activated carbon has a high removal rate of heavy metals, but the treatment cost is high, so the application is limited
In recent years, the research in this area has mainly focused on finding new and cheap adsorption materials, but these materials often have low adsorption efficiency and produce a large amount of solid waste polluted by heavy metals, making subsequent treatment difficult.

Embodiment 1

[0023] A preparation method of an adsorption material for adsorbing heavy metals with modified silk, comprising the following steps:

[0024] (1) Use tangerine extract (containing 70% tannin) to prepare an aqueous solution containing tannin 10g / L.

[0025] (2) At a temperature of 20-40°C, soak the clean long spit in the tannin aqueous solution at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10 for 48 hours, take out the long spit and wash it with clean water;

[0026] (3) Dry at 60°C to obtain the modified silk adsorption material;

[0027] (4) After the adsorption saturation reaches the breakthrough point, use 0.01mol / L HCl solution as the eluent, flow through the adsorption column at a flow rate of 1 BV / h, and wash with water until the pH is 5 to complete the regeneration of the adsorption column.

Embodiment 2

[0029] A preparation method of an adsorption material for adsorbing heavy metals with modified silk, comprising the following steps:

[0030] (1) Squeeze the juice from half-ripe persimmons and filter to make it clear for later use.

[0031] (2) Soften the cocoons in hot water and pull them into silk flocks.

[0032] (3) At a temperature of 20-40°C, impregnate cocoon silk wadding with persimmon juice at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10 for 48 hours, take out the cocoon and wash it with water;

[0033] (4) Dry at 60°C to obtain the modified silk adsorption material.

[0034] All the other are with embodiment 1.

[0035] The adsorption material has been tested: at a pH value of 6, a temperature of 25°C, and an adsorption time of 5 hours, the Ag + The adsorption is greater than 120mg.g -1 ; to Cu 2+ The adsorption is greater than 80mg.g -1 ; to Cd 2+ The adsorption is greater than 60mg.g -1 , which is more than twice the adsorption capacity of unmodified silk.

Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorption material capable of adsorbing heavy metals by using modified silk, and a preparation method of the adsorption material. The preparation method comprises the followings steps of: (1) preparing a tannin-containing aqueous solution with a concentration of 1 to 20g / L by a conventional method; (2) at a temperature of 20 to 40 DEG C, impregnating frison with the tannin aqueous solution for 48 hours according to a solid-liquid ratio of 1:1, taking the frison out and cleaning the frison with water; (3) drying the frison at a temperature of 60 DEG C to obtain the adsorption material, and adding the tannin into the solution appropriately so that the solution is repeatedly used; and (4) after adsorption saturation reaches a leakage point, taking 0.01mol / L acidic solution as an eluent to flow through an adsorbent at a flow rate of 1BV / h, and washing with water until the pH value is 5 so as to complete the regeneration of the adsorbent. The adsorption material and the preparation method of the adsorption material disclosed by the invention have the advantages that: the raw material source is wide; the preparation method of the adsorbent is simple and easy to implement without discharge of 'three wastes' (waste gas, waste water and waste residues); the tannin has stronger chelating ability on common heavy metals, quicker adsorption rate on the heavy metals, and is simple and convenient for eluting of reclaimed rubber; and the method is strong in practicality and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adsorption material, in particular to an adsorption material which uses modified silk to adsorb heavy metals and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] After entering the environment, heavy metals cannot be biodegraded, but participate in the cycle of the food chain, and eventually accumulate in the organism, destroying the normal physiological metabolic activities of the organism and endangering human health. How to effectively control heavy metal pollution has become a common concern of mankind. Seeking safe and economical heavy metal wastewater treatment methods to reduce or eliminate the accumulation of heavy metals in the environment has always been one of the hot and difficult issues in the field of pollution control research. [0003] Physicochemical treatment has been proven to be one of the most effective heavy metal treatment methods, mainly including chemical precipitation, adsorption, ion ex...
