A method for preparing the fertilizer comprises the following steps of: smashing weathered coal lignite and peat of which the humic acid contents are over 50 percent and the water content are less than 30 percent into coal powder of 80-120 meshes; adding 100-120 kilograms of coal powder and 200-300 kilograms of water into a reaction kettle, and stirring; adding 3-5 kilograms of ammonium nitrate into the reaction kettle; stirring; heating to 60-70 DEG C; reacting for 60 minutes; adding 5-6 kilograms of potassium hydroxide, and stirring; heating to 70-85 DEG C; reacting for 60 minutes; stirring; hermetically reacting at the temperature of 60 DEG C for 20 minutes till the pH is 4-5.5; adding 0.02-0.08 kilogram of daminozide and 0.05-0.09 kilogram of ethephon; stirring; and granulating and drying to obtain the fertilizer.
